The project

Fondation Lëtzebuerger Blannevereenegung contacted us with the wish to develop a tool to facilitate the management of their incoming donations.

Manual procedures should be automatised as far as possible so that their employees can focus on more important day-to-day tasks.

The challenge

Automating non-standardised data and splitting up responsibilities within the team were just some of the focal points that emerged during an intensive wireframes phase.

This allowed us to uncover a number of potential problems and customer requirements before any design or programming could take place. For example, we were able to identify the handling of duplicate entries as an important feature from the outset and much more.

In this way, we were able to deliver a customised tool that met our customer’s needs perfectly.

Drag and drop to add donations to the database

It has never been so easy to manage incoming donations: simply upload the bank statement as an .mt file into the system via drag and drop and watch how incoming donations are automatically recognised and pre-sorted.

Create and manage donation campaigns easily

Our tailored management system enables the creation of various campaigns for the straightforward organisation of donations. In addition to various types, parameters such as duration, end time can also be set individually.

Effortless organisation and management of donor profiles

Donor profiles are created automatically and with ease. Potential duplicates are recognised by the system and can be merged by the administrator. Previous data is never lost during this process. In addition, the administration has the option of categorising donors in order to use the data sets efficiently for charity appeals etc.

Managing and handling fundraising campaigns

Fundraising campaigns are developed by the association to address specific donation target groups. For this purpose, the previously generated and internally organised data set of existing donors is used. Specific filters can therefore be used for this type of campaign in order to narrow down the target group as precisely as possible and achieve the donation target.
