Briefing
During the first COVID19 wave, and a national lockdown, a funeral parlour asked us for a simple online solution to allow its customers to easily choose different services in the safety of their home.
User Experience
We wanted to create a very simple and linear experience for customers that had to navigate this website during a period of loss and tragedy. At first the customer chose the shape of funeral and was then guided through all the necessary choices he had to make.

Urns configurator
Urns exist in different materials, colors and with a variety of different accessories such as symbols, medallions or decorative rings. The easiest way to navigate these was a configurator that enables the user to discover, in real time, what his selection will look like.
