Lead Developer

Currently, we are looking for a Lead Developer to join our team and help us in redefining the direction of the company.

Your responsibilities:

• Setup and execute strategies on how to help our team members to improve existing skills and learn new ones
• Assist in defining the direction of the company for the next years
• Actively develop and maintain web applications using PHP (mostly Symfony) and Vue.js
• Reevaluate our stack and make appropriate changes in accordance with the rest of the team
• Assist our team in troubleshooting and debugging issues as they arise
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development

The requirements:

• Strong experience in web development, backend & frontend (obviously)
• Strong understanding of managing workflows using Git and package managers like composer
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lead a team of different kinds of developers
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Proficiency in English (C1)

Nice to have

• Other languages such as Luxembourgish, French or German
• Hands-on experience in system administration (Linux)
• Experience in a Lead position
