Case Study

FEDIL écho

ux design, web design, development

The challenge

The ECHO, a magazine created by the FEDIL, got a new identity and layout by Cliff Ross as well as a website designed and developed by us. Our main challenge was to create a text heavy website in a way that it is visually appealing, but especially easy to navigate and to read.

The project

Several visual elements, such as picture galleries, picture sliders or timelines break long texts and help to keep the reader on this text-heavy page. It works kind of like a blog, but with different sections which all have their own use case.

Scope of work

  • UX Design

    • Make a text-heavy website user-friendly
  • Web Design

    • Adapt the magazine’s new style for online use
  • Development

    • Keep the CMS easy to use with lots of customisable options
